I am a Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 20 years of experience in restoring and reconciling relationships, as well as successfully treating anxiety and depression.
I treat victims of trauma using Critical Incident Stress Debriefing, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). These methods are proven to work in recovery from PTSD and other anxiety related conditions such as generalized anxiety, panic, obsessions and compulsions, and agoraphobia.
For those looking to improve their relationship, I enjoy helping couples reconnect and rekindle their love to one of fulfillment and intimacy. With tools for speaking and listening, as well as resolving conflict, the couple learns to overcome roadblocks and barriers to the flow of communication and love. Using the evidence-based Gottman Method and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), you will receive the support, guidance, and skills to create an amazing relationship.
