Hi, I'm Anastasia! I work with teenagers, college students, and adults. Most of my clients are seeking help with stress management, anxiety, depression, or grief. Additionally, I offer parents practical ideas and support in parenting their children, from Toddlers to Teens.
I have counselors working in my practice who are in network with United/Optum, Aetna, Medicare and Cigna.
I am licensed in Florida, Illinois, Michigan and New York and can offer appointments in Boca Raton or telehealth appointments in any of the states I’m licensed in.
