Ryan Soave, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and certified trauma therapist, brings extensive experience in program development and research consultation for the Huberman Lab at Stanford University's Department of Neurobiology. After graduating from Wake Forest University, Ryan excelled in the business world for nearly a decade. Following a period of personal and spiritual challenges, he obtained his Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling and discovered his passion for working with individuals struggling with addiction and PTSD.
Ryan has received extensive training in experiential and therapeutic modalities, including yoga, yoga nidra, meditation, somatic experiencing, EMDR, and breathwork. He has worked with thousands of clients with complex PTSD, designed and facilitated workshops for thousands of participants, and spoken at national conferences as an expert in the treatment of trauma and addiction. He has also been invited to lead meditations for members and staffers of the United States Congress. Ryan is passionate and committed to his work, viewing the addiction and trauma treatment process as a journey of self-rediscovery.
